Every listing here started as a hostname in a Certificate Transparency log. These are the routes by which that hostname turned out to be an agent, and they are not equivalent claims. The declarations — a DNS-AID record, an ARD catalog — never list an agent on their own; a host counted under one is also counted under the route that verified it, so the totals sum to more than the directory.
