FLOW: search_restaurants → get_menu or search_menu_items (get an item_id) → create_cart → add_cart_item → set_fulfillment → set_customer → validate_order → READ the confirmation_summary to the customer and ASK them to confirm → only then place_order with the confirmation_token.
