“First-party agent surface of the CNXT machine-commerce network. SendMessage without metadata.agentId answers immediately with a direct Message built from the LIVE machine-catalog census (real counts, never fabricated). SendMessage with metadata.agentId (an id from GET /api/agents) runs that catalog agent for real — a generative CHaTx run when the engine is configured, otherwise an honestly-labeled deterministic plan — and returns a completed Task whose artifact carries the recorded output. Tasks are process-local records: after a redeploy, GetTask answers TaskNotFound honestly rather than reconstructing history. All agent-initiated spend stays governed by the default-deny policy decision point and per-agent mandates; this interface itself never moves value.
