“Tools for EU consumer credit compliance from SECCI Pro (secci.pro). Use `compute_aprc` for fixed-sum credit (personal loans, car finance, optionally with a balloon payment) and `compute_overdraft_aprc` for overdrafts and other open-ended credit — both follow Directive 2008/48/EC Annex I and Directive (EU) 2023/2225 Annex III. Use `build_secci_url` to hand a human a pre-filled Standard European Consumer Credit Information form they can review and export as a PDF. Every calculation returns the assumptions applied and an engine version so the result can be evidenced to a regulator. Results are informational; the lender remains responsible for the disclosure it issues.
